Artist Sign-up.
Get your own individual artist webpage AND be listed on the ArtistCloseups.com on-line talent web site. Please either

• Print out the application form (click to download PDF file) or
• Contact us (info@artistcloseups.com) to obtain an application form, or
• If you have any difficulty downloading the PDF file, you can print application forms as web pages: the artist application.

Fill out the application carefully, and mail it to us with payment and any photo(s) you want to appear on your artist web page. We will choose the best for the layout.

Photos can be sent as prints, on CD, or as e-mail attachments (PLEASE - Each e-mailed photos should be RGB jpg format, and no larger than 1MB for e-mail delivery, and at least 300 dpi).

If you send prints, remember to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you want your prints returned. All photos should be of good quality. (Professional HeadShots or Publicity Photos preferred)

If you have a resume you want to include, please send it as a computer file or as printed copy. Note that the pricing assumes one printed resume page and 12 point type or larger. Please be sure to proof and edit carefully all your written material and information. We do not rewrite or proof resumes for the standard price.
